Christine Conti, MA, LPC

Meet Christine

I’m Christine Conti, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a grounded, compassionate approach to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Before entering the counseling field, I spent ten years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force—an experience that shaped how I show up for others with clarity, resilience, and a deep respect for personal growth. I earned my master’s degree from Rowan University and began my career as a school counselor before moving into private practice.

My work is rooted in Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and sand tray therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their inner world in ways that go beyond traditional talk therapy. My approach is collaborative and personalized, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique pace and goals.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves shaped by past experiences while also identifying strengths and solutions that support forward movement. Through mindfulness and experiential work, clients learn how to stay present, build self-compassion, and regain a sense of balance.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My goal is not only to listen, but to equip clients with tools they can carry into their daily lives. I specialize in anxiety in children and adults, sand tray and play therapy, and couples counseling.
